Our partnership with Prontoforms has enabled OmniLedger to design and deliver Pyramid Mobile to front line social housing staff. The solution operates on iPads, iPhones, Android Phones, Windows Phones, Tablets and desktop PC’s; enabling users to spend more time with residents, by completing tasks remotely that would normally require them being in the office.
With full integration to Pyramid’s Housing Management database, social landlords can take advantage of intelligent two-way communications between the mobile device and the system; using forms developed for their clientele.
OmniLedger’s partnership with M-Files delivers an innovative approach to Electronic Document Management for the Social Housing sector. Social landlords are now able to save and view documents based on “What” they are and not “Where” they are. By removing traditional folder structures, M-Files standardises the way files are stored, simplifying how users search for documents. This means that when a member of staff leaves your organisation, the team will still be able to quickly access important documentation, without having to spend time familiarising themselves with a personalised filing system.
Combined with full integration to Pyramid’s Housing Management database, user’s are readily presented with familiar tenant and property data, promoting a high degree of acceptance

OmniLedger are a recognised partner of Veeam, enabling us to provide the Backup Essentials solution for the Social Housing sector through our fully Managed IT services. In the event of a disaster, OmniLedger will restore our customers data within 24 hours of the incident being reported. This can be either to onsite fail-over hardware that is still functional, or to our off-site datacentre where users will be able to log in remotely. This enables social landlords to meet minimal recovery times and return to business as usual.
