Making Tax Digital

In response to HMRC’s Making Tax Digital scheme, OmniLedger released new software that will calculate VAT and generate a file for submission. The software will be designed to assist customers who are both fully registered and partially exempt from VAT, with the Pyramid Housing Management System automatically calculating breakdowns for the latter.

In January 2018, Chelmsford City Council awarded OmniLedger a 15 user Hosted Housing Management system to manage their temporary accommodation for people who are facing homelessness. The contract includes arrears management, maintenance, Pyramid Online and the Pyramid Messenger integrated texting service.

YMCA Ipswich

In June 2017, Tamil Community Housing drives service efficiency for residence by investing in a 5 user Hosted Pyramid Housing Management System. The system will be used to manage Rents and Repairs, with self-services provided to residents through MyTenancy and Pyramid Messenger.

Chisel Neighbourhood Housing Association

Chisel, a neighbourhood housing association based in South East London, launches Pyramid Messenger in November 2017, an intelligent texting solution, focused around rents and repairs, that will provide 24/7/365 self service information for tenants, and work order update facilities for contractors.

YMCA Ipswich

In September 2017, YMCA Ipswich join with YMCA Cambridge & Peterborough to form the YMCA Trinity Group. As part of this partnership YMCA Cambridge & Peterborough, who have been using Pyramid since 2005, upgraded their system with an additional 16 concurrent users for to accommodate the Ipswich staff.  Pyramid Online will also be implemented to enable front line staff to access client details through an online portal whilst working remotely.

Thorner’s Homes

In February 2017, Thorner’s Homes, an almshouse charity providing accommodation for widow’s of limited income and single ladies aged 55 or over, subscribed to a 2 user Pyramid Essentials hosted housing management system. The Pyramid Essentials package provides Thorner’s with all the modules required to manage rents and repairs for their 98 properties across two sites in Southampton.
