These half-day courses are designed to help staff efficiently process your increases and produce tenant notification letters well in advance of the Rent Increase deadline. Courses will cover:

  • Implementing Rent Changes, including automated rent changes and importing data from Excel
  • Creating an OmniPrint for mail merge data
  • Exporting OmniPrint data
  • Using mail merge options in Word to create letters
  • Updating Housing Benefit Assignments via import

By registering, you are stating that you are authorised to order the selected course and agree for OmniLedger to issue your organisation with an invoice for £150 ex VAT per registered delegate, which is payable upon receipt. Invoices will be issued at the end of the month and will include a summary of all courses, listed by employee, that were ordered by your organisation. Invitations and joining instructions will be provided 24 hours before the course starts, and will include details of the platform it will be presented on, such as GoToMeeting, MS-Teams or GoToWebinar, which may require you downloading additional application software. Please note that due to the limited spaces, all bookings are non-refundable.
