Pyramid Executive Dashboard is a reporting tool that displays key performance indicator’s for registered providers relating to tenants accounts, arrears history, outstanding repair orders, arrears by manager and other core statistics unique to your organisation.

Executive Dashboard Quick Launch

The Executive Dashboard can be launched, via the Pyramid tool bar, which will then launch a browser display and extract data directly from the Pyramid Housing Management System.

Once your initial dashboard is displayed you can drill down to the underlying data to see how the statistics are collated. For example: the Arrears section will allow the user to drill down to a graphical summary; by Area Manager, Local Authority and much more, and then allow further drill down to base line tenant information.

Cascading Data

You can click on any of the segments displayed to see the element that make up the headline figures and drill down to the next level.

So, if you want to see which tenants owe more than £1,000 in Knebworth, simply click on the segment and a list of tenants appears. You can even click on the tenant key, which will bring up the individual tenant information.
