New Tenant Statements Features

In April 2020, new features for rent ledger statements will be available, allowing users to:

  • Set any contact within tenant details as an appointee/representative who will receive a statement
  • Setup different postal addresses for appointees/representatives
  • Define if joint tenants should also receive statements
  • Define print styles for each contact receiving a statement
  • Generate statements for tenants, joint tenants and appointees/representatives in the same batch production
