What are online Pyramid courses?
OmniLedger’s series of Online Pyramid courses are half day sessions where users can learn everything they need to operate a module. Online courses are interactive, providing users with the opportunity to ask questions and get pointers where required. Each upcoming course can be found below.
What to expect?
Each course will be delivered as half day sessions online using teams. Once registered an invitation will be sent to the delegate 7 days prior to the course start.

Rent Ledger

Pyramid Introduction
03/05/2022 (13:00 to 16:30)
This training is an introduction to Pyramid which will cover how to navigate Pyramid, run general reports in both the enquiry options and as PDF or Excel files, add tenant and property History notes. Looking up tenant and property details and using the Drill down options.
Pyramid Messenger

This training is an introduction to Pyramid which will cover how to navigate Pyramid Messenger, Use the “power grids” to send Ad-hoc SMS and emails. Trigger Workflows, view message logs and create/use message templates.
Repairs – Creating & Closing

This training is an introduction to Pyramid which will cover how to navigate Pyramid, create maintenance orders and repair orders, run general reports in both the enquiry options and as PDF or Excel files, add tenant and property History notes. Arrears Management

Pyramid provides an armory of tools for Housing staff to effectively report, analyse and manage an arrears collection process.
Tenant & Property Imports

This course will allow users of Pyramid to populate provided templates to update data on mass. These skills are usable across multiple areas of Pyramid, including Tenant property and component data.
Arrears Policy

Pyramid provides an armory of tools for Housing staff to effectively report, analyse and manage an arrears collection process. This includes the Arrears Policy software which allows staff to manage arrears cases by adding Tenant History and producing Arrears Letters and triggering SMS.
OmniPrint Introduction
17/05/2022 (13:00 to 16:30)
OmniPrints allow the user to define their own reports by utilising the information in the pyramid database. Their output can be viewed on screen, printed as a report, or exported to a PC application.
Cyclical Maintenance/Property Components
18/05/2022 (13:00 to 16:30)
This training session covers Maintaining a central database of items (components) relating to properties and ensure servicing details and history of events are stored within Pyramid.
Planned Maintenance
19/05/2022 (13:00 to 16:30)
This training session covers the Planned Maintenance module which provides a comprehensive database of stock condition survey information, allowing the user to generate various management information reports. The enquiry and print options may be used to project expenditure and life cycle costs.
Free Form Sales Orders

Pyramid’s Free Form Invoicing program provides a tool for creating and monitoring Sales Ledger Invoices. This module provides an easy tool to manage all elements associated with invoice generation.
Introduction to Purchase Ledger & Invoice Register

The Pyramid Purchase Ledger provides a supplier/contractor database, with the ability to register/post invoices, record payments, produce remittances and BACS files as well as report on all data.
Sales Ledger

Pyramid’s Sales Ledger provides a tool for creating and monitoring your sundry debtor accounts and be used for; tenant recharges, as well as general invoicing. This module provides an easy tool to manage all elements associated customer management and debt collection.
Rent Increase

This training session covers the Methods available to record rent changes within Pyramid and producing an Omniprint to enable rent increase letters to be produced using Mail Merge in Microsoft Word.
OmniPrint Intermediate
01/06/2022 (13:00 to 16:30)
This training session builds on the introduction course by demonstrating some more advanced techniques to produce custom data fields based on existing data. Schedule reports to be run on a schedule and saved automatically.
Purchase Ledger Payments & FFPO

Mail Merge Documents from Pyramid
07/06/2022 (13:00 to 16:30)
This training session covers how to use data from Pyramid to create a Mail Merge letter along with Envelopes and Labels in Microsoft Word. It will cover how to export the data from Pyramid into Excel for use as the data file in the Mailmerge. It will also cover how to use Fill-In prompts in the Mailmerge where the data being merged is not the same for every record e.g, Housing Managers name.
Accounts Layout

This training session covers how to use the Accounts Layout function to produce Income and Expenditure and Balance sheet reports and many other customised financial reports.
