Target Housing, a charity and registered social landlord, has been providing stable accommodation and support to vulnerable people for over 30 years. In more recent history, Target Housing invested more than ever to expand the services they provide to complex needs’ clients. Including £30M in 30 properties, procuring a 24/7 hostel in Rotherham and extensions to council allocated support projects. All these are maintained using the Pyramid Housing Management system, which has served Target Housing since 2011.
One CIC awards OmniLedger contract to supply a Pyramid Housing Management System
Established in 2020, at the height of the Covid crisis, One CIC was created to make a positive impact on people who are affected by homelessness. First registered in 1985 to meet the housing and support needs of the Irish community, Innisfree Housing Association now owns and manages over 550 homes mainly across the London Boroughs of Brent, Camden and Haringey. Innisfree have used the Pyramid Housing Management System to manage their portfolio of properties for over two decades, to deliver high quality affordable homes to families, a scheme for Irish elders and supported housing for vulnerable single people.

Waveney & Yare Housing Association
Waveney & Yare Housing Association, a local social landlord based in Suffolk providing 228 general needs accommodation for young families, invests in a 3 user Pyramid Essentials Plus Housing Management system to manage Rents, Repairs and Financials.
Ability Housing Association
OmniLedger have been awarded the contract to supply Ability Housing Association with a fully integrated Care and Support, Housing, Maintenance and Finance System, together with a staff web portal (Pyramid Online) and automated text messaging service.
YMCA Derbyshire
YMCA Derbyshire invests in a 5-user Hosted Pyramid Housing Management system to manage repairs and maintenance work for their 151 units of accommodation for vulnerable young people across Derbyshire. The system includes mobile working and an online staff portal to maximise time spend on-site by maintenance staff.
Making Tax Digital
In response to HMRC’s Making Tax Digital scheme, OmniLedger released new software that will calculate VAT and generate a file for submission. The software will be designed to assist customers who are both fully registered and partially exempt from VAT, with the Pyramid Housing Management System automatically calculating breakdowns for the latter.

OmniLedger have been awarded the contract to supply Framework Housing Association with a fully integrated Housing and Maintenance System, together with a staff web portal (Pyramid Online) for 50 users.
Social Interest Group
In June 2018, Social Interest Group awarded OmniLedger with a 3 year contract for the supply and installation of a hosted housing management system. The contract includes arrears management, maintenance functions, as well as a 100 user Pyramid Online license.
Online Customer Forum
New forum was made available in May 2018, providing our customers with a platform to which they can network with like minded housing professionals to solve challenges facing the sector.
